We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are not satisfied with our products, we will do our best to resolve your issue and provide you with a refund or return service.

Our customer service representative will contact you to confirm your request and provide further guidance within 2 business days. we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package

Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our end.

You will need to return the product to our specified address at your own expense.

1: If the product has quality issues , we will cover the return shipping costs and refund will include the original shipping fees.
2: If you are returning the product because you are not satisfied or do not like it, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Refunds will not include the original shipping fees (even if they were not deducted during the initial order ) and customs duties.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund within 2 business days . Please note that original shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or fees are non-refundable except product quality issues..

Refund Timeline

Once we have received your returned product and confirmed that it meets the return standards, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

We will process your refund within 2 business days. You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment method, and other factors.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellation

If you request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, we can assist with the cancellation. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 1-2 days, minus the transaction fees (as these fees are charged by the payment service provider and are non-refundable).

If your order has been placed for more than 12 hours, we are unable to cancel it as the order has already been processed and arranged for delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
