Different materials of the wrist strap cleaning methods are different. Silicone strape, nylon strape can be washed with water. For Leather and metal straps, you can Use a soft cloth to wipe them.

Different smart watch straps have different size charts. You need to check the size chart of the specific smart watch band.

If you accidentally put the wrong shipping address here's what can be done: If you placed your order within the last 12 hours, email us at help@digitbands.com. we will try to help you make it right. Please include your CORRECT address so that we can update it as quickly as possible.
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We try to process orders very quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order we can no longer make changes to or cancel your order.

We cannot add items to your order once it has been placed. Please place a new order with the items you want to purchase.

We utilize USPS and other shipping providers for delivery. Orders exceeding $25 qualify for free shipping, while those below will incur a $5.95 shipping fee.
